The expertise behind every semiconductor breakthrough.
FabBeyond is a specialist services partner for semiconductor companies. Not a manufacturer: we bring consulting, engineering expertise, industry connections and talent together to solve hard problems.
- Based in
- India
- Led by
- Practitioners with 25 years in the industry
- Serves
- India and APAC first, then global
- We are not
- A fab, equipment maker or materials vendor
01 The name
Fab, and everything beyond it.
Our mark is a wafer map: a wafer divided into dies, the way a fab sees its own product. One die sits past the edge.
That is where we work. Not inside the facility, which our clients own and run, but on what surrounds it and decides whether it performs: people, know-how, suppliers and partners.
The accent is copper, the metal that carries signals between a chip’s layers. We connect things.
“It takes more than a fab to make a chip.”
02 How we think
Four working principles.
Practitioners first
Advice from people who have stood on the floor when the line was down.
Say who delivers
Every proposal marks what we do and what a partner does.
Fix the cause
We stay until the cause is found and the fix is standard work.
Leave capability behind
Your team should need us less at the end than at the start.
03 Leadership
Led by people who have done the work.
FabBeyond is run by industry experts with 25 years inside the semiconductor industry and its network: on test floors, in fab start-ups, with equipment makers and on India’s first assembly-and-test programmes.
From plant floors to fab start-ups, automated fabs and India’s ATMP programmes.
Our leadership began on manufacturing floors, spent nine years in Singapore across wafer probe, final test and a 300 mm fab start-up, then came home to build engineering teams for global equipment makers and to plan an ATMP/OSAT facility in India.
Along the way: teams inside a fully automated 300 mm fab, fab-automation services, and AI-enabled manufacturing programmes. Hands-on at the tool, and at the scale of hundreds of engineers.

04 How we engage
The same five steps, for one expert or two hundred operators.
- 01ListenA first conversation, NDA if you want one.
- 02ScopeOutcome, deliverables, who delivers each line.
- 03StaffLead, team and any partners named.
- 04DeliverOn your site, inside your procedures.
- 05Hand overResults, lessons and named owners.
The three delivery markers used on this site appear against every line of a FabBeyond proposal.
05 Confidentiality and governance
You will show us things your competitors would like to see.
Ramp plans, yield data, salary bands, supplier terms. How we handle them, and the engagement itself.
Confidentiality
An NDA before any detail. Your information goes only to your engagement team.
Client data protection
We hold only what the work needs, and return or delete it at the end, as agreed.
Conflicts of interest
Commercial ties to recommended partners are disclosed. Nothing crosses between clients.
Quality assurance
A named lead and periodic reviews against the written scope. Issues raised early, in writing.
Talent screening
Practitioner screening, verified documents, notes with every profile. Six gates.
Employment standards
People on our payroll work under written contracts with statutory benefits.
