Privacy note.

The short version: we collect only what you send us, we use it only to reply to you and to work with you, and we do not sell it.

What we collect

When you use the enquiry form or email us, we receive the details you provide: your name, company, work email address, location, the service you are interested in and your description of the requirement. If you send us a profile as a candidate, we receive what is in it.

This website does not set advertising cookies and does not track you across other sites.

Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and to discuss the work you have asked about.
  • If you are a candidate, to consider you for roles and, with your agreement, to present your profile to a client.
  • To keep a record of our correspondence with you.

Who sees it

Your details are seen by the FabBeyond people who handle your enquiry. They are passed to a client or a partner only when that is needed for the work you have asked about, and only with your knowledge. We do not sell personal information.

The website is hosted by, and form submissions are processed through, third-party service providers who handle the data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is needed for the conversation or the engagement that follows, and for the period the law requires. Candidate profiles are kept while they may be relevant to roles, and removed on request.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to connect@fabbeyond.com and we will act on the request.

Client confidentiality

Information that clients share with us during an engagement is covered by the confidentiality terms of that engagement. See confidentiality and governance.
