02 How our consultants work
On your floor, in a loop, until the gain holds.
No slides before we have walked every shift. No hand-over until the fix is standard work.
01ObserveOn the floor, on every shift, before any slide is drawn.
02MeasureYour MES, SPC and tool data, read against the loss tree.
03AnalyseRoot cause, not the nearest symptom. Ranked by value.
04FixWith your team. Engineers or crews added if the fix needs hands.
05StandardiseStandard work, training and controls, so the gain holds.
06Hand overNamed owners and a review rhythm. Then we step back.

05 Questions
Semiconductor consulting, answered plainly.
What does semiconductor consulting from FabBeyond cover?
Fab operations and productivity, yield and quality improvement, operational excellence, market-entry and ecosystem advisory, strategic workforce planning, and AI-driven operational improvement. The work is done on site with your team and is led by practitioners who have run semiconductor lines.
How do FabBeyond consultants work?
In a loop of six steps: observe the floor on every shift, measure with your own data, analyse to root cause, fix with your team, standardise so the gain holds, and hand over to named owners. The loop repeats for the next loss.
Do you consult for OSAT and ATMP facilities, or only wafer fabs?
Both. The loss tree is the same in front-end and back-end manufacturing: volume, yield, and cost and people. In assembly and test the work is more often about operator consistency, equipment effectiveness, test escapes and customer-audit findings.
How is FabBeyond different from a general management consultancy?
We work only in the semiconductor value chain, and we can supply the engineers and crews needed to carry out a recommendation. We stay until the line is running to it, then hand over.
Is FabBeyond a manufacturer or an equipment vendor?
No. FabBeyond is a services company. It does not own fabrication facilities and does not manufacture or sell equipment or materials, so its recommendations are not tied to anything it has to sell.
